Reading list
The cell experiments and the topical reviews make good company, provided each gets to answer its own question.
Collagen and remodeling
Begin with the collagen-synthesis experiment in human fibroblasts. Its observation that collagen production changed independently of cell number is particularly compelling to me. The tissue-remodeling review and skin-regeneration review put synthesis into a wider account of tissue material and topical skin outcomes.
Topical delivery and skin outcomes
The anti-wrinkle review discusses efficacy and the difficulty of getting GHK through the skin barrier together. The skin-layer copper-penetration experiment follows copper applied as GHK-Cu through human skin examined outside the body. I value the physical specificity of that delivery question.
Gene signatures
The gene-data review considers a broad expression signature, drawing on database and laboratory work. Its threshold and the distinction between the reported gene counts deserve attention alongside the scope of the result.
